The wind is blowing mainly from the North. So that it comes to the spot from left sideshore or cross-offshore. The wind in Dahab is blowing on more than 70% of the days a year with a minimum 4-5 Bft and very often even with 7-8 Bft. In summertime the average rate per month reaches even up to 100% wind.
